Sayde Mark Designs

My mother had lived in her condo for over 20 years, and she did not remodel it when she moved in, so the place was beyond outdated, and in pretty rough shape. The team came in and transformed it into what can only be described as a modern miracle. The results were completely unrecognizable, in the best possible way, without breaking the bank. They considered our goals, and what we could realistically get for the place, and helped us make all the "smart" investments. They also worked well with the other contractors that were needed to complete the work. They were super flexible when our buyers kept pushing their closing date back, and helped us keep our options open. I cannot say enough good things about working with them!

Fantastic stagers. I’d highly recommend!

Literally the best there is!

Heather and her team at Sayde Marks always deliver! Their vision and staging showcases a homes' finest features and really helps buyers to envision themselves living in their new home. As an agent, I truly appreciate their professionalism and creatively, as well as the value they add to my business.

We were introduced to Sayde Mark Designs by our realtor, Andrew Roth of Domain Marin, as part of our preparation to sell our family home in Marin. They were one of several bids that we considered and we are so pleased to have selected them to stage the home. The process was seamless and came in on budget! Our home took on a much more modern look and feel as a result of the artistic eye of the team at Sayde Mark Designs. We have no doubt that the sale of the home -- which happened nearly instantly and for just over our full asking price -- was in part a result of the positive impression that the staging made on the buyers!
